Remote Assistance is when you need a bit more time than the 20mins allocated for Remote Support and Confirmation for the next available slot is when payment is made.
Remote Assistance sessions last for up to 45mins that are more of a walk through as we work on an item from the manual on your ‘area of interest’, helping you gain in confidence using these systems.
With your laptop connected to the internet, launch TeamViewer (tv), and email over your tv user id and password 5 mins before the remote session is due to start.
The tv password changes for each session.
Once myself or one of my highly trained specialists have gained control of your laptop you can enable voice & video by selecting the tv voice or video icon.
Run over time is billed at £30 for each additional 15min time slot.
